Just got this mail, Cebu Pacific is opening a lot of new routes this summer. I don't get so many from PAL (they only open Manila <-> Beijing in the last 6 months...
Pricing seems interesting as it's usually 300USD Cebu<->HongKong and here it should be around only P8000 (155USD):
