i recieved text today say call world from 1p per minute direct from your mobile dial 02033280402 for access check all rates from www.tera-talk.com. what do you think about this guys if this is true or not.

Unfortunately it's "from 1p per minute" and to call the philippines is a lot more than 1p per minute - either 11.4p (landline) or 13.2p (mobile) per minute.
