It does actually say in the travel tips forum that you can travel to the Philiipines for 3 week stay without a visa if you are a British passport holder.
If you are going for longer, you need to call in person at the Philippines Embassy at 9a Palace Green, London W8, nearest tube station is Knighstbridge or Kensington Church Street, or you can drive there and park up in some of the off roads close to the Royal Garden Hotel, their is metered parking its about £3.00 per hour.
You cann apply for a tourist visa and you need to supply 2 passport size photos, one of them signed.
A latest copy of your bank statement to validate your ability to support yourself in the Philippines as a tourist, what a joke ! and you will need your passport, their are 3 different visas.
1. a Single entry for 59 days is £22.00
2..a Multiple entry for 6 months is £43.00
3. a 1 year multiple entry for 59 days is £65.00
Payable in cash or postal order to Philippine embassy.
however if you are only staying in the Philippines for 21 days, you do not require a visa.
Just fill in the landing card at NAIA.
There is lots of information from the Forum Mods, who have travelled extensively in the Philippines.
