If it wasn't for the FALSE ball tampering accusation in the first place, the second part would not have taken place, so how can they find him guilty?
And have they fined the umpire for bringing the game into disrepute, as ny not finiding Pakistan guilty, the umpire is guilty of libel by default, and causing all the problems.
Guess its the same as horse racing, the power that be have there own rules.
