Innocent until he is proved to be guilty.
Does the lady took a photo with the penis hanging out?

"Sometimes the gentleman would adjust himself slightly, sometimes his genitals would be exposed and sometimes not as much"
If one of this three sometimes she had taken the photo of him with a hanging penis then he is "doomed".
I would believe if he was wearing a kilt and dancing like that guy

Exposing himself twice to the same woman on a packed train??? In front of hundreds of potential witnesses...?

What are the chances of that happening???

Where are those mobile phone photos the woman took???
If she was so adamant that it was the judge that did it where is the photographic evidence???

Sometime, as it happened in the past, some people tell porkies, or embellish the truth to suit themselves in the vain search for attention, and monetary damages...

Seen, now, that the guy "got away with it", it won't be too long before she sells her story to some tabloid...
And presto she will be included in some celebrity reality TV program...:doh

Can't understand why the CPP took it so far, with so little, or none, tangible evidence.
But it is the flavour of the decade, really. Any alleged sex or race crime is at the top of the agenda, and more often than not, innocent people are named and shamed even before they have actually been found guilty...
Nowadays it is more like a trial by Press.......:NoNo:

I am a fervent advocate of "if you do the crime, you do the time"...
But we need a little more common sense, especially from the Police and the CPP.
They specialize in wasting my tax money.:cwm23:

the CPP took a judge to court, without any cctv evidence? at waterloo station?

totally pointless exercise, they knew the outcome & I bet if she wanted to appeal she would need to pay TFL a gazzillion quid to get hold of the cctv evidence - if it still exists :Erm:

not my tax money :UpYurs: :Rasp:

But the trick works! Like Aromulus stated earlier she have a story to sell and she might earn money out of it. I wonder why it didn't worked for me with Blair:Erm:
