the italian restaurant was/is being used as the sunrise office for the past 2 weeks -and now there was indeed a big banner outside for a kababayan bakery, no idea if that is gonna happen - the filipino supermarket opposite is 'getting repossessed' same stuff for sale, but obviously on short lease now.

I guess watch this space..

Along with their shop in Hounslow high street, I noticed when we went to Earls court the other day that Mandheys are starting to have their Cheesedogs and what have you sold in just about every Phill food shop up there.
A heart attack food if i ever encounter one:D

Still they are cheaper than one brand of hotdogs directly imported from Phill where for about 16 hotdogs they wanted 16 pounds:omg:

I actually really enjoy dried fish! I know, quite strange for a whitey 'banyaga'.
Lyn actually ran a wee 'Sari sari' store from the house but I've asked her to stop now due to the attitude of some of her customers/friends.
We have a lot of stuff left (bagoong, ufc, mangtomas, etc etc) but we
will use it up ourselves. Probably take a few years, eh? Heehee. Tommy.
