Court case on Certificate of Approval

Yesterday a court found that the Immigration Office was contravening the European Human Rights Act by demanding that immigrants wanting to marry in U.K needed to obtain a certificate of approval.

Does this mean that the Government will change this policy in the near future? Ashley and I intend to marry here in Northern ireland in November
