Let me share you my experience here. I have been granted a visitor visa twice already but just last year when I arrived dated Jan 2009, I tried to apply a new visa again last March to be back there soon but they denied at this time. Their reason for the refusal was,I just arrived in the Philippines for several months, and I intended to be back there again. Their grounds for my refusal was I am not a genuine visitor in the UK.
