    , Ivy ... I'm none too sure as to whether Police Clearance is required or not. But if I were you, I'd check with [either] the DFA closest to where you live and work at present - or the Phils Embassy itself - in Thailand, for the sake of being on the safe side.

    Fingerprints - aka 'Biometrics' - WILL certainly be taken at the British Embassy in Manila at the time you lodge your Spousal Application, however.
