So sorry I was not able to answer you when you sent message in August. Nice to have heard from you, though. Are you living in Bromsgrove then? That is in Worcestershire isn't it? We will be in Cheltenham over Christmas. Is that nearby?

This is the first time I have logged in since June/July. The reason I chose not to use the site anymore is because I felt that I had given all the advice I could within all the threads I set up.

As I have had many personal matters to spend time on and because I had nothing more to share and were not receiving much feedback from anybody I felt there was little point continuing to use the site for a while.

Hi Chuchie..I'm doing well, thanks for asking Hope u are too. About my Identity Card, I did not have time to amend my passport so I applied using my Maiden name. So what appeared on my ID is what was on my passport like most of the members in the forum.

i used my maiden name when i was applied my settlement visa and i don't had a problem at all and i got my visa for 3days

hi chuchie sorry i was busy just read your massages now, if i were you don't bother to amend your old passport you can use your maiden name to apply a settlement visa, embassy dont require to the applicant unless its needed as long as you have a complete documents. i think its take ages if you change your passport to married name the embassy don't mind about it just need an evidence that you are married to your husband. goodluck sis to your wedding and best wishes you both
