Hi Abby, Sorry for the late response. I often just read things and not log on to the forum so I wasn't able to get this message. Don't worry about your Schengen Visa, your passport still have your maiden name and will also show the amendment, you will also be travelling with your husband... and so on....it all links together. Mine is the same, I was in Turkey recently and my ILR is on my married name but the Visa was my maiden name. I got away with it. No questions asked. Well, Turkish Immigration asked why I looked different compared to the passport picture, and the visas got totally different pictures of me. I told them I changed haircut everytime and of course I put on weight too. Apart from that everything went well...Hope this reply isn't that late.

u have to register just press the register online under the online remit logo on your right hand side.then I think you have to send them two valid ID.They`ll contact u for that.Goodluck!
