    Hi belfast dude,

Its me again, Hoping to see some ideas on my queries for you. Since you applied for an EEA family permit, can i ask again?
    1. What passport did u submit? (Irish/British).
    2. If you use your Irish citizenship, what supporting documents did u submit in the British Embassy?
I emailed the Irish consulate-Manila telling me that If I will soon reside in Belfast, N. Ireland with my husband, I should contact the British embassy, since N. Ireland is part of U.K. TErritory. This makes me confused, in this case, we cant go to Irish Embassy since my fiance is from Belfast, and we should apply in the British Embassy. We just wanted to apply for an EEA.
Hope to hear your thoughts on this. Sorry for asking again.

THanks for all the info. My fiancee is still sorting out documents that he will need. We intend to marry this coming May in the Philippines. We also intend to use his Irish passport. Hope to see you one day and your family. Thanks again.

    HI again belfast dude,

Thanks for your tip and informations. When we go for EEa we will submit in the Irish embassy and use his Irish passport. Although there is EEA in British Embassy. He would rather use his Irish citizenship and Irish passport. When he came over last year he used his British passport. Would it conflict if we you to the Irish Embassy for our application. This will his first time Irish passport will be stamped when he will be here on May soon.
