We have known each other since 2008,meet last sept.2008,fall in love and established a good relationship, Yes we remain in contact when i was in kuwait while he was in uk then decided to come back home to get married.. and we make sure we remain in contact.We love each other so much and we want to be together for life! we want to know our chance before we start our application

first of all congrats and my apologies for my late reply. how long have you known each other? are you in constant communication? some members in the forum are also like you they haven't been married for so long and yet they manage to get their spouse visa approved. my advice is make sure that he got good balance on his account before you apply; got a stable job and u communicate on a regular basis . also gather pics, evidences of your relationship and make sure that you got all your documents in order prior to your application. if you present your documents in order i don't see the reason why you shouldn't get it. make sure you convince the eco that your relationship is genuine (i'm not saying it's not) but they scrutinize evrything.

May i ask, do we have a strong chance of me getting the spouse visa? We plan to apply it on may 2010,We just arrived here in the phils last oct.18 We just married last oct.30,2009. And he went back home to uk last nov.7,2009.
