yes she is well known on immigration forums, can't vouch how good she is, but very knowledgeable, but what i can say, is i don't think i've seen any negative about her. so you could do alot worse bruce

yes your right Bruce or the ECM over turns the refusal. an appeal could take 6 months or more

Thanx sa reply te,actually i already my s0n's bio father bout the consent but he refused to sign the affidavit and then he changed his mind she told my mom that he will but then hndi na ako pumayag,kc ayoko makiusap sknya in the 1st place wla sya c0ncern s anak ko kya ngha2nap pa ako ng ibang docs pwde ko i include sa application nya..Gudluck sa appeal mu ate samahan mu ng prayers at include kta s dasal ko nsa maisip ng ECO na mali decision nla...thanx ulit ate.

@ anne or mabe none,...cos iv read some post here ung others hindi na nag papirma..mag search ka lang sa forum...kaso late na ng nabasa ko un,,naipasa na namin ng november..x

@marie-- thank u okay lang un sau kc u wont hav any much complications..dead n kc un bio f so, full custody nun nasa yo na.. im happy to hear wala ka magiging problems goodluck sa application mo x
@anne-- thank u,nag submit ako ng fathers consent nagsign sya sa city hall mismo alam na ng attorney un,if i wer u wag ka gumaya sa akin na i sama ung visitation ryts sa papel or dont give him any!! (nag pakabuting loob kami asawa ko,kami pa tuloy napa sama)...just make it as it is...consent ng bio f... goodluck sa application mo x

hi ate..congrats sa visa mu..feel sorry for your son's refusal I wonder kung anong reason..kasi like you we got the same situation..nag prepare plang ako for our visa application..kya lng im quite worried about my sons docs....pwede malaman kung wat ung mga docs na sinubmit mu and did the bio father signed ng affidavit of support n magtravel yung bata??..thank you...

Hello Nivea..first, congratulations on your VISA approval but sorry to hear about your son....may I know what was the cause of the refusal....now I am thinking about my plan coz like you I also have a daughter from my former husband.... but he is dead already....we are planning to lodge the application soon....may I know what papers did you submitted for your son, Thank you so much and advance I know from here I can sort out everything.....ingat
