thanks for the reply ive been reading posts here to help me sort the spouse visa. ive been waiting for almost 2 years now and finally we are going to apply on december, just waiting for my husbands documents.. is it okay if i send 3 mos bank statements only? how did you file ur papers?

how are you? i hope you are well and thanks for the friend request, I didn't know how to do that! Realistically we are looking to lodge our application in June. My wife has got just applied for dates for English test. She also has to ammend or change her passport and go on a course to do that. The main reason for having to wait is having enough savings. I hope you are successful in your application!

Hi vies vies yes he can send you the bank statements ther in the phils but if he is worried he can blank out the sort code & account number i personally took all my documents with me when i visited my mahal in the phils

Where did you learn that 3k is no longer needed? And How much exactly is needed for his savings? And do they really need 6 months bank statements?
