I'm interested in renting one of your apartments for dec-jan. is there any available.

I will booking flights next month and looking to fly out 22nd or 25th december latest and would be staying till jan 13th

A one bed would be fine if available
but there only two bed free over that time that be ok

Hi Fred, I just read your post on 'Marrying and living in the Philippines' thread. I am married to a Filipina and we are living in the UK. However, her son is still in Manila and we are seriously thinking of immigrating there, once we have the money.

Hi Fred, My GF is expecting a baby and i was thinking about a good hospital in Manila, that is why i would be thinking of renting in the City.

We do have a one bedroom fully furnished unit available for that price right now but we are working on a first come first served basis so cant take solid bookings this early on..
I will monitor the situation in August/september and let you know our availability then..

Anyway we have 17 one and two bed apartment units in Imus Cavite which is around 30 mins from NAIA.. We are 5 mins walk from Imus Robinsons shopping mall.. Our building is inside a guarded quiet private sub division.
Our rates depend upon length of stay and best furnished apartment rates begin for those staying a month or more. For short stays under a month we are charging daily fully inclusive rates. One bedroom fully furnished with A/C ,Cable TV is PHP 950.00 per 24 hour stay and 2 bedroom PHP 1.250.
If you have someone there in the area it might be best if I give you our managers cell number (Darwin) 0917 92 55 044 who can arrange a viewing and can take your booking should you wish to proceed (subject to availability)..
