    No. Evidently there is no need as it comes from the NSO. I haven't see one as my wife has it but I believe it has a dry seal or something.

    Hi. I am no expert, I am like yourself except I am a few steps ahead of you in the process. What do you mean by an authenticated marriage certificate? We received our Marriage Certifcate from the NSO in Phils, so if you mean that then I think it lasts a good while but I cant remember how long.

    Some folk on the forum will know, for sure.
