    hello allan,
    my daughter's visa was refused and we are going to appeal.the ECO said that her case is not compelling enough coz she lives in the same village as the biological father.the reason for refusing her visa is so unfair, it also mentioned that the father that abandoned before she was born has more physical contact with her.

    do u have any advice for us? we are using a representative for our appeal from stevenage.

    how did you get on with your daughters visa application I hope it went ok. my jennie got her and her daughters visas it took 6 weeks they will be here on the 18 june. so 2 more filipina's in stevenage
