    Hi DavRog, my wife is here in the UK already. She got her visa in mid September and arrived here in the UK October. Yes we were worried at the time but we put in quite a good range of evidence and we got the visa okay.

    Thanks for your advice. My wife is now 24 but was 23 at the time.

    I was reading an older post of yours on age difference. I am in a similar position and have just sent off our application.She is virtually 25 and I have just turned 56. Any advice? Did you get the visa ok?
