hallo Mike, sorry for the late reply too

I am married now just recently last April 4, 2012 my husband is originally from Austria and been working in London for 12 years and recently he just resigned to the company in Switzerland. We know each other for 3 years already and been travelling to other countries together.

Now we are planning to settle down in London for good, can we apply for an EEA family permit?? Do you think we have a chance to be approve? I am 20 yrs old- is it true that the required age is 21? So many questions I know haha sorry for that Mike
