Hi Pumpkinbee, Thanks for your message. Sorry for not answering sooner but for some reason I wasn't notified of the message.

Anyway, yes my Fiancée (now wife) is from Pasig City, Santolan to be precise near the LRT Station. We applied for a Fiancée visa and she came to the UK in September last year and we were married here in the UK in October. In the end the process was quite straight forward for us, however Marist was not married so I think your situation is more complicated. I do have some experience of the problem of annulment in the Philippines and can recommend a good lawyer, although he is in Mindanao. It is normally, I understand, easier to get an annulment in the courts outside of Manila. If you are interested I can provide further details.

Hi Jona, thanks for the add., yes i did went for a visit visa route before deciding marraige and later i realised that it was a nice way to get a spouse visa without so much hassle., what info would like to know?

Dont you have any contacts from his relatives? I think they will know of his whereabouts, try to find his name through facebook too it might help you. Yeah I enjoyed UK very much and specially there are a lot of festival going on this month.
