ME & Florsel arrived here on a spouse visa we were married in the phils so therefore never had to apply for FLR.

documents are : marriage cert.,6 mos. bank statements,passports, house/accomodation papers, piccs of wedding and past, my annulment papers,......thats it. if ur hub still working u need to include the p60 and payslips....goodluck!!!

Florsel has kept her maiden which is the name in her passport this is totally fine with ukba she will change her name to her married name once she has been given her ILR so don't worry it is perfectly ok to submitt your FLR in your maiden name as long as that is the name in your passport.
