If you are not receiving the Confirmation Email, believe me they are sent. You do not get them for 2 reasons:
1) You have entered your email incorrectly.
2) The SPAM settings in your Outlook/ISP/Online Mail settings is refusing it (most likely problem). This is beyond my control, so you either need to change the settings, or use another email address.
