    I always found the best way to avoid a hangover (besides not drinking) was to stick with vodka and orange. Then after I had finished I would pick up either a salad sarnie on the way home or if in a kebab shop I would get salad on a pitta bread - no meat or sauce Drinking about half a pint of water and some more pure orange juice

    Always worked for me! Although for some reason I always get up ready for the next day after about 4 hours sleep then
