Does Your Baby Sleep Well At Night?
From Johnson's Baby Bedtime Center:
Most Filipino parents, 79% in fact, would answer a resounding yes to that question. But a surprising truth that negates this belief has just been revealed!
In 2005, a Global Sleep Survey was spearheaded by Johnson & Johnson. According to the study, Filipino babies clocked in among the lowest number of night time sleep hours (an average of 9 hours and 9 minutes) compared to other Asian and Caucasian babies.*
The study also showed that Filipino and Asian babies experienced longer night time awakenings than most — an average of 32 minutes every night, compared to the 24 minutes registered by babies in Europe and the US.
What Experts Say**:
Filipinos are among the lowest in the length of sleep time and among the highest in nighttime awakenings, and yet Filipino parents are among the highest in the belief that their babies sleep well at night.
It could be that Filipino moms are unaware of what good sleep really is. For them, if a child sleeps long enough, then the baby gets his sleep. But what good sleep means is that your baby gets enough sleep during the night.

OK! Most Mom with infants and babies only have few hours sleep.
It's more hard if you don't feed in your breasts, because you need to stand and make a bottle of milk. You can sleep whilst baby feeding from breast. Am I correct?
I just want your avatar. Very white sheep and looks very clean.
Can I borrow?
