Politically correct ! Careful what you say and where !!!!
My son was having a problem with his bank in UK. He spoke a guy name Ali who said he would sort it. My son said, fine but are you sure the person you transfer me to will do it. Don't worry, he said, I will stay on the line.
He was put thorough and the new guy was 'less than helpful.' My son explained that Ali has said he would sort. The guy then started complaining about Ali, saying he could not understand him and in general he was being racist. He then went to check something.
My son said, are you still there Ali ? He was and now he, Ali, will make an official internal complaint that the new guy was unhelpful and racist.
This is a true story.
