Filipina Murdered in Kingston on Thames

A man is to appear in court this morning accused of murdering a Filipino carer at a house in Kingston.

Asad Niazi, 29, of Cambridge Road, Kingston, was charged last night with murdering Charito Cruz, 37, a healthcare assistant at Galsworthy House care home in Kingston Hill.

He is expected to appear in custody at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court this morning.

Miss Cruz, who had a young daughter, was found dead at the house opposite the Peel pub on the Cambridge Estate on Monday night.

Police had been called to reports of a woman with a head injury. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

I really don't know what's happening here in the UK. We came back here to be safe as my husband was harassed in Manila, was kept by dodgy people for hours but he managed to escaped unharmed. Yesterday, a little boy crashed who's riding on his scooter crashed to him and the boy banged his head. So he confronted the dad for letting his boy off as it was unsafe for the little boy anyway. A by stander saw them, took a big brick of a skip and started pushing him and threatening him for messing up on his street! I mean, my husband was just on his way to pick up our daughter from school which is in the same street. It's really crazy.... Another lady was stabbed in the neck in South London and she died.

Sad news and to be honest for a murder like that to happen in Kingston upon Thames is very very rare i saw a crime/murder map of london and one of the areas to register very few murders http://www.guardian.co.uk/news/datab...der-london-map Kingston is the sticky out green borough at the south west of London.

Possibly sounds like some sort of domestic matter may she rest in peace. Thank God she has a Brother who should be able to care for her Daughter

Poor lady. Like someone else said this country is getting worse. Lethal injection? I agree.
