kalami ana, moy! if you have lots of food you can give them to me, I can eat a horse when hungry and almost never gain weight
no need for me to sweat out that much.....though to stay healthy I play badminton on weekends and walk around the campus once or twice on weekdays

My ex was 42kg up to age 35, and after having had 3 kids.
We split, and now she's more like 80kgs.
Do I miss her ?

quite the opposite advice of my colleagues here....eat more, eat meat, sleep a lot, gain weight....they cant stop picking on me being slim
it's either I'm thin and needs fattening up or they're envious that I dont have flabby arms, bulging tummy, and cellulite on the legs.

Ignore them.
It's healthier and kinder to your body to be slim.
Too many overweight people in this world now because of lousy western diet and lack of exercise.
I think the Filipino diet is good, but needs less salt.
Of course some of us are just naturally slim and gorgeous no matter what they eat....like me.

Now that I am getting to know my wifes eating habits a bit better, I notice she likes to fry food, loves salt and loves sugar. All can taste great. And yes, it may not show in earlier years but it is my belief that it takes its toll later in life. So no, it maybe wont affect someone in their twenties, to a noticeable degree, but will sure catch up with you later on........
