visit visa on medical grounds
my wife has had some problems with her health since ariving in march 2009. she was ok for the best part of 2 years only to find she has ASD. which is a hole in one of her heart valves ,but the other problem is chronic kidney disease . they are currently funcioning at just 12% . anyway ,her mother would be willing to donate one of her kidneys in a transplat operation providing they are fit enough and has the doctors blessing. i would like to ask anyone who has some idea if a normal visit visa would apply ,or if it would be allowed at all by the authorities at all. my wife has an ilr visa.
