    3weeks passed

    It's been 3 weeks since I attended my wifes visa hearing and still no reply doing my head in , I keep thinking were nearly there with all the waiting yet it just seems to go on and on .

    Fingers crossed for you Alan that you will hear something too. I'm going through something similiar also where we are just in limbo. I hate the fact that these people have all this power over other peoples lives!

    Got the good news today appeal granted it's the best feeling in the world it's been such a long year since first applying for settlement visa .now we need to wait again to my wife gets the call or text to go get her visa

    It sure is ,after so much pain but I knew from the start they should not have denied the visa , but maybe it was my own fault for not making sure the papers were 100% but we've got there in the end

    Thanks Graham , thanks to everyone on here , just need to introduce the wife to this site now , I've not been wanting to make the wife even more upset than what she's been with seeing lots get there visa and not my good lady get it , but now the long fight is nearly over my family will be here soon
