    Average processing time?

    Evening all...

I am going to be applying for a fiancee's visa (well i am applying for my fiancee)...

I am just wondering what is the average processing time for a visa?

I should have strong case as i have known her from 2006 and by the time i apply for her visa (April) she would have been to Thailand (3 times), Malaysia (2 times), Singapore (2 times) and to India with me - plus i have travelled around the philippines with her of my 10+ visits.

I have proof that i have been supporting her, daily phone logs (it's damn expensive), minimum age gap of 3 years, own my own house outright and I have enough in my savings to support her...

I am going to be applying for a visa at the middle to the end of April and i am hoping that she would be with me by the first week of June... is this doable?

    Thanks in advance..

Thanks for the info - I am hoping for a few days rather than a few months...

I am going to start doing the visa now and get everything ready for April.

took our application one month in November which seemed excessive in my view, but as long as u get the right result its well worth the wait !

I think if I was making a book on it, I'd be tempted to quote you 12-22 days.

... but again, its really down to you filling in the forms correctly, and proving the relationship to their satisfaction.

    Best wishes
