Self Catering Accommodation at Alona Beach, Panglao Island, Bohol

Hi everyone!
Hope everyone in this forum have been having a nice Christmas.
Very happy to be back here in the Philippines with my family and to spend the New Year we decided to come back here in Alona Beach in Panglao Island Bohol and with my little one (2 months old) baby we were looking for self catering which is also value for money and near the beach. I do remember asking our fellow member Fred but it was a bit far from the buzz in Alona Beach.

Finally, with enough searching here and there, I found Cherry Home. They have a website too. We got a Family room with aircon, with two big bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, dining room and cutlery, TV, cooker, fridge for 3,500Php per night and it is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and near the shops where you can get the essentials for cooking.

They also offer a transport from Seaport and airport to their hotels.
They have spacious rooms for 1000Php. I think its very good value for money, clean room and helpful staff.

Hope this post will help for members here in the forum who wish to come here in Alona Beach with families.

We were here exactly last year too englishman.. but that was only me and hubby. we had the same dive master from different dive shop as the old dive shop we went to last time is now closed. he remembered us diving at exactly the same day of the year funny how year flies

I will be visiting Panglao Island next month ....but I'm still presently searching for a resonable priced hotel resort which is preferably near the beach.

we stayed in that room in 2010 for one night ,other night we stayed in bolod house ,only problem was with the booking and then they didnt honour the agreement we had made but anyway it was ok for short stay .
