Stumbling Blocks & Stepping Stones
I've just been reading Joe's thread entitled - 'Howzat! Now they've got us all by the googlies' - arising from Richard Littlejohn's latest column in the Daily Mail.
It's a crying
shame so much time and effort is being expended on creating barriers for decent, educated, law-abiding non-Europeans seeking to practise their professions in the UK ... while
so~called 'Human Rights' legislation simultaneously allows social misfits from non-English-speaking countries to "ride roughshod" over centuries~old customs and traditions without fear of deportation.
But what can ANY of our politicians do about it? Nothing it seems ...
... their "hands are tied" for as long as they're content to remain bound up in the "strait-jacket"
that is the EU.

Arthur - Doesn't seem to trouble the other EU members as Littlejohn implies - along with a hugely different interpretation of Human Rights laws they just give the scum (usually single male under 30 years old) a helping hand towards Calais

I have given up on this country.

It's all very sad, considering what our parents and grandparents would have wanted for us.
....and the lives lost in the past, supposedly fighting for Britain's freedom.
Poor buggers.
