train fare dodger - Update

I see that have charged the guy who chucked the foul mouthed teenager off the train in Scotland, and are still considering IF to charge the fare dodger ,,, crazy Britain again
.... is anyone going to stand up and do the right thing again without fear of being of reprimanded!!!! if I had been sitting on the train with my family listening to his foul mouth I believe I would have acted in a similar way. Interesting that most comments on the story seem to also support the man charged with assault.

Member of the public,sane right-minded law-abiding members of the public truthfully have had enough,this yob thought he was clever,most passangers were cowed into silence as you never know with chavs or NEDS nowadays,they might carry a blade,the big feller did the right thing,big deal if that yob had a scratched face,boo-hoo-hoo,he should be banned from trains for life till he learns to fit in and have manners,total anti-social scrote,the big feller's charge is farcical

Won't he be able to opt for trial by jury ?
This IS the sort of case the gutter press should take up instead of wasting newsprint on crap about footballers' extra-marital affairs.
