Everytime I read anything or hear anything about the decisions and judgements made by the European Court of Human Rights it not only spells trouble, but I find myself to be vehemently opposed.

What on earth is in the minds of these so called intelligent people to come up with this stuff.

Is it only me, or does anyone else think that this European Court of Human Rights is only ever used by criminals, illegal immigrants and general lawbreakers to avoid justice?
