If the South-East means Lewisham/Catford area, there's lots of Filipinas in the vicinity.

..... just take note the people at the 2 coffee shops/cafe inside The Lewisham Centre... there's always Filipinas there.

Additionally, there's at least 16-20 living in/around Beckenham, just another 3 miles down the road.
.... some being mums with young children / babies.
