Not being negative but you'd face two difficult issues.
Firstly actually securing permission to work.
Secondly how to come to terms with the low salary level.

I am also en engineer, coded welder, a teacher of engineering and an aircraft fitter.......... finding work in Phils is about impossible if you want a good salary. Finding work in Asia is also very difficult because of all the locally sourced workers who do things for less money.

That's odd. it should at least come up in the search results panel.

I accessed no problem both in Phils and Abu Dhabi.

Maybe there is some sort of restriction imposed on the internet settings on the computer. (Ask her to go to 'tools' 'options' 'security' on the top toolbar).
