HELP! about ILR info

Hello, please help....im planning to apply now for ILR, but I arrived here last Oct 12, 2009 on a fiance visa then got married and applied for FLR, according to my identity card my visa will expire on March 27, 2012. Got confused coz it says on the UKBA website u should apply 28 days before the end of the 2 year qualifying period, so my 2 year period already ended last Oct. 12, 2011, does it mean that im in trouble now? or its still ok to file my ILR now until my visa doesnt expire?

for those who come on a spouse visa and fiancee visa its slightly different,
for a spouse visa, the earliest you can apply is , when you've been in the UK 2yrs - (upto 28 days)

for those on a fiancee visa, basically you dont count the time in the UK you were on the fiancee visa, you start from when you were granted FLR(M).

so its that date, (march 27 2010?) + 2yrs - upto 28 days)

so you can apply from 28th feb upto a couple of days before your FLR runs out on March 27th 2012.
