    A result - Santander

I have a Business Account with this outfit and last week they messed me about for 3 days over transferring a couple of thousand Euros to Holland.

Ended up with them waiving the extortionate transfer fee and today I received a small hamper of wine, pate, dips, nibbly things etc.

There were a couple in this area Feb 09 they got nabbed as they were the only houses in the street without a foot of snow on their roofs

I do hope you'll be declaring these 'gifts' on your tax return

Just another example of 'apples where there's orchards'.

And then you have the audacity to complain about the RBS gift giving policy
