Take a walk up P.Bourgos St in Makati, every pimp, pusher, dealer, tout or general scammer will be trying to sell you viagra or cialis. If you don't need it, why bother and risk putting your health at risk from unknown cleaning chemicals and other other nasty things that are probably banned

A doctor would ask you about erectile dysfunction - failure to produce a satisfactory erection. This might be due to psychogenic, vascular, neurogenic, or endocrine causes, or other drugs. Before supplying Viagra or any related drug there would have also to be evidence of distress. This would include significant disruption to normal social and occupational activities, a marked effect on mood, behaviour, social, and environmental awareness, and interpersonal relationships. At 21, the only likely relevant factor is " other drugs ".
Apart from anything else, such drugs as " Viagra " have a long list of known side effects, so they're only prescribed ( UK ) or issued ( Philippines ) with caution, after full medical history. As other members have already told you, those of substances bought on the street and called " Viagra " - or anything else - are unknown. You know the risks of the food and drink you mentioned.
If you did ask a doctor's advice, it might take less time to tell you than my post took to write : Don't bother .
