British Embassy is currently peak season
Hi there, me and my husband submitted my spouse application on January 18, 2012. I received a text from VFS on same day stating "Visa application has been dispatched to the British Embassy for processing". After six days I received a text "Visa application is being processed at the British Embassy, all the applications are assessed individually which may result in varied processing times. This is currently our peak season hence application can take longer to process".
My husband and I are still waiting for my visa to be approved and everyday we check my status and it hasn't changed yet
Just wondering if someone who has receive same text from VFS

I really feel nervous and miss my husband terribly
Good luck to all of us who waiting for the visa. God bless us all

We got the same text message last July - I dont think they change it! Every month is peak season when you see how many people want to come here!
i'm sure things will be fine - just keep the faith and keep positive.

Hi, Eyes O'Donnell! Just wondering, did you get your visa yet? My mother and my son (who was born here) applied for dependant ILR visa on 26 January and we still haven't heard anything. I'm starting to get worried. I hope theyre really just having a busy season.
