Singapore to thrash sex offender
Man jailed, caned for molesting woman
SINGAPORE: A 31-year-old woman agreed to accompany a man she met online to a budget hotel, after he reassured her they were just going there to "kiss".
Little did she know that 37-year-old Ng Han Tong had more in mind, including sex.
For that, the former IT system analyst, was sentenced to three years jail and six strokes of the cane, after he pleaded guilty on Wednesday to a reduced charge of aggravated molest.
Ng, who is married, got to know the woman through online social networking site Facebook in January 2010.

Nor would we if Parliament had the balls to carry out the wishes of the silent majority and told the EU where they could stick their Court of Human Rights. Can you imagine the Singaporeans allowing this piece of filth to walk their streets ? :-
One of the world’s most dangerous fanatics will be freed from jail within days – with a judge’s permission to do the school run.
Notorious hate preacher Abu Qatada is considered such a threat that he will be permitted to roam the streets for only two hours a day.
But Mr Justice Mitting ruled that he must be allowed to walk his youngest child to school under his bail conditions.
It raises the prospect of parents at the school gates bumping into the radical cleric, who was known as Osama Bin Laden’s ambassador in Europe.

Thats why I advocate putting ones head above the parapet lobbying local & national politicos, writing to the papers, winding people up posting on loose talk, just generally trying to open folks eyes up and spread the word in the hope it will sew the seeds and start a groundswell of change for the better

... inmates of MOST jails - even in Singapore, I imagine - are allowed access to the internet!
I know ... realised my mistake, and have since carried out the necessary amendment.
... but - unlike US - THEY don't have to kow~tow to that scourge known as the European Court of Human Rights !!!

... I thought you'd gotten a hold of Gwapito's avatar
