    Its an integral part of pinoy culture,linked in with navidad and Ano Nuevo(noche vieja?)
    I know a significant number of pinoys here,and in the states and Canada who will be observing the tradition,in fact the majority of pinoys known to me here will be going to church tonight and feasting afterwards It wont take off here because its not part of our culture,but if theres a filipina in the house theres a chance she will observe it.
